Dr. Chamberlain has been practicing dentistry for 13 years. She graduated from U.C.S.F. School of Dentistry in 1994. She was awarded the Fleming Scholarship for humanitarian work for starting a dental clinic for homeless families. Upon graduation, she furthered her training as a resident of the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore treating complex health and dental needs. Dr Chamberlain is active in the American Dental Association and The Academy of General Practice Orthodontics. She is currently President Elect of the Marion, Polk, Yamhill Dental Society and volunteers with Northwest Medical Teams Dental Van.

Receptionist
Cassie became involved in dentistry almost 5 years ago. She specializes in helping patients to understand and maximize their dental insurance benefits. Insurance companies are a challenge and she works endlessly to bill, correspond and follow up with insurance claims. She helps with all functions of the front office. Cassie has a B.A.degree and Certification in Education and two years experience in library science. She enjoys time gardening with her son.

Dental Hygienist
Kathy is a graduate of the Dental Hygiene Program at Oregon Health Sciences University. In 2005 she received her Master’s Degree in Adult Education. She has been a dental hygienist for 16 years and enjoys the connection with her patients by providing good dental care. She enjoys spending time with her family, her cat, as well as hiking, biking, reading and ping pong!

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Rachael was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. She went to school at Concorde Career Institute in Portland, Oregon and graduated in 1999. She has been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant for over 9 years. She helps even our most nervous patients feel more comfortable! She likes to spend her time with her two beautiful girls, going to the beach, and cooking.
